Do you want to perfect your program design or gain a better understanding of exercise progressions and long-term periodization? This virtual in-depth mentorship will provide the tools to develop effective short- and long-term training programs.
With the 6-week mentorship, you will have six weekly 60-minute calls over Zoom with Chris, where you will learn how Chris develops short- and long-term training programs based on the individual athletes’ needs and the sport/position they play.
A mentorship will give you detailed insight into exercise progression and designing short- and long-term training programs. You decide the type of strength qualities discussed, and you will have the opportunity to have all of your questions answered during your series of calls.
It is important to note that there is no set curriculum for the 6-week mentorship. The mentorship content is developed from your questions and the strengths and qualities you want to cover.
Case studies and other homework will be assigned after each call based on the topic(s) discussed to ensure retention of the information covered. Questions, case studies, and reading must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled calls.
